From the first call to schedule my appointment, staff was nothing but kind, competent, and so friendly. They were upfront about the cost, got me an appointment very quickly for being a new client, and got me in and out so fast during my appointment to fix my permanent retainer.

Dr. Vaughn, the orthodontic assistants, and office staff are very nice people. I saw Dr. Chapman initially in 1999 when I was 7 years old, and I continued seeing him until adulthood in 2017. I miss seeing Dr. Chapman, but I was happy to find out that he sold his practice to a kind and skilled doctor. Recently, my 9-year-old fixed retainer has been bothering me constantly. I made multiple appointments to discuss getting a new retainer in the future and to seek help when I was experiencing pain.

I do have a rare genetic connective tissue disorder that can affect teeth. I get anxious explaining it to doctors, because it is not well researched and is complicated to explain all the co-disorders like sleep apnea and TMJ, which interconnect with dental issues. Dr. Vaughn was very nice and understood that having a connective tissue disorder causes relapses, movement can worsen TMJ, and took time to explain sleep apnea retainers to me.

Dr. Vaughn was very understanding when I expressed my concerns and helped me understand what could cause my teeth to shift if I change my retainers too much. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vaughn’s office, he understands the outcomes with each decision he makes and explains it very clearly making the whole experience comforting and assuring.
