Financing Options

We want to make paying for your orthodontic treatment as easy as possible. We offer three financial payment options to our patients and their families. Please review these and choose what works best for you. If you are interested in the No Initial Payment Plan option with Care Credit, you can apply before your first visit without committing to begin treatment.

Payment in Full

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, as well as major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. A bookkeeping courtesy of 3% of the estimated patient responsibility is given for Visa, MasterCard, or Discover payments received in full prior to the start of treatment. A bookkeeping courtesy of 5% of the estimated patient responsibility is available for cash or check payments received in full prior to the start of treatment.

Care Credit

Financing is available with Care Credit, which is an outside financing agency. Payment in full is required. Interest-free payment plans are available, depending upon the total amount financed. Low-interest rate options are also available.

Initial Payment Plan – In-Office Financing

A specified initial down payment is due, in full, PRIOR to the start of treatment. The balance is paid in monthly payments over a specified time period,. There are no interest fees charged with our in-office financing plan. Monthly payments must be made via automatic credit or debit card payment, or an automatic ACH debit from your checking or savings account.

Dental Insurance

We are a Delta Dental and Cigna Dental Network Provider, and we proudly work with all major insurance plans, including Anthem, United Healthcare, Aetna, United Concordia, MetLife, Tricare, Principal, and many others.

Our team is happy to file orthodontic insurance claims on your behalf, and we’ll help you understand your benefits every step of the way.

Even if we are not listed as an in-network provider, many plans still offer out-of-network orthodontic coverage — and we’ll gladly verify your benefits for you.
