ABOUT DR. VAUGHN
Dr. Vaughn was born and raised in Central Indiana and he feels very fortunate to have the opportunity to practice in the community where he grew up. “It’s been a blast developing relationships with my patients while being able to provide a service that truly changes their lives.”

Dr. Vaughn brings professional knowledge with a passion for creating a fun environment for his patients where they can come to realize their best smiles. “The goal is not only to make your periodic visits the highlight of your day but also that your orthodontic journey with us be the best doctor’s office experience you’ve ever had.” He will work with you to make sure you get the confident, stunning smile you’re looking for. “Whether it be with traditional braces, clear braces, or Invisalign, we will help you get there.”
Dr. Vaughn first met his wife, Amanda, in 8th grade. She works in Risk Management at Franciscan Physicians Network. They have been blessed with two little girls, Kennedy and Caroline. Dr. Vaughn has a love for fishing and the outdoors. He also enjoys motorsports and golfing.
Educational Background
After graduating from Center Grove High School in 2007, he attended IU Bloomington where he earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology. Dr. Vaughn earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating with highest distinction. Upon graduating, he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) national dental honor society. He was also granted the prestigious American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) award as well as the Cyril S. Carr award for excellence in research. Dr. Vaughn went on to obtain his Master of Science in Dentistry from the Indiana University Orthodontic Program. He has also completed specialized training with Invisalign.

At Vaughn Orthodontics Our Mission is Our Patients. We provide specialty orthodontic services for children and adults with all orthodontic treatment modalities in our toolkit. We are a premier orthodontist offering: Braces, Clear Aligner, and Invisalign provider in Brownsburg, Avon, Plainfield, and Indianapolis.

Dr. Vaughn’s vision was to run a family oriented practice, providing high quality orthodontic care in a meaningful and fun environment. Our office has 3 locations in order to maximize convenience for families living in this busy world.
